No outfit details today, but I would like to take a moment to express gratitude for my family of boys. Some days, I admit, I laugh to myself about the fact that I ended up with all boys. Constantly on the go to sporting events... no ballet lessons or cheer camps on the horizon.
Mornings are pretty hectic in our household and Jas is already at work so it leaves me to get myself and all three kiddos out the door. Truthfully though, I couldn't do it without the help of my son, Luke. At ten years old, he is aware of our circumstances and aware that I need help. That is a pretty humbling thought. Luke will get himself ready, and jumps in with tasks like helping his younger brothers get their shoes on or jackets. Then he goes out and starts my car, taking my handbag and laptop with him. The other morning I jumped in the car and found this note left on the passenger seat:
It warmed my heart to the very core and I teared up a bit. He's such a good egg. All of them are. I am so very blessed to have each of them in my life and thankful they have an excellent role model in their dad. This life with boys is pretty darn amazing.
