Yes, this outfit is pretty much a repeat of this one – just a dressier version I suppose. haha – green denim and now green linen – but linen is just so great for summa-summa-summa-summa time!
Outfit Details: J Crew Silk Stripe Shirt / J Crew Café Linen Trouser
Madewell Anchor Belt / J Crew Pave Link Bracelet / J Crew Viv Pumps
I definitely like these trousers better with an un-tucked top – and I need to add a few more holes to my belt now. My shoe repair guy adds holes to my belts for free, but he’s on the north side of the city and I’m on the south, so it has become a little bit of a pain to venture out every time I need a new hole punched. So, I finally caved and spent $10 on the same tool he uses and will make my own adjustments and save on gas money instead. Haha – pretty handy. My Parker Babe is seriously super slender and his belts needs a few tweaks too, so that tool has already paid for itself.
Happy Friday, and as always, thanks for reading!

That's a good investment. I also have one and it's awesome, except it does get little harder when the belt is thicker.

i always need to make my belts smaller.

I adore this outfit! I loved the other one too...great to see a look dressed up and dressed down. I have a Madewell store near me, I wonder if they have that belt in a small at the store!
PS...where did you get the belt hole tool? I need one!
LOL, if I would have checked the post again, I would have seen the link to the tool. Lordy...I'm tired! Nevermind me :-)

I love these pants on you! You mentioned in your previous post about them that they're lined. I haven't seen the lined cafe trousers in any color other than white online, do you know if the green lined ones are in-store only?
Thanks so much!
So cute! I love it all and am dying over that cute top. Have a lovely weekend!

I loved the stripes with the green denim and love them even more with the green linen!

Those pants are to die for cute. Love them with a top tucked in or not.
Did you use an ombré technique with your hair when you saw José?
Such fun colors on your blog as of late! Well, I mean newer colors (wink, wink). Love your looks.
I hate to leave a generic "I love this outfit" comment...but I really really like this outfit! Especially the nautical feel with that belt...which I must make one mine!
XOXOXO
Adore this outfit! The green and stripes are a perfect combo!
This is quite possibly one of my favorite outfits of yours! That green is perfect and naturally the stripes are just perfect with it. I am going to check and see if maybe the J Crew factory store has them.

LOVE the green linen pants! Omg. See this is something I would see in the store and be afraid to try, but it looks so cute!
@A J
Hahaha you crack me up. :)
@Cate O
You are so right. I have the cream colored version and had it in my head that the green pair is lined too so I went home after readin your comment and sure enough they are not lined. I will correct the post. Thanks!
@SuzieQ
No, I don't have an ombré effect - just the lighting I think.
I just wanted to tell you that I loved your belt so much that I went and ordered my own :)
You look great!
