OOTD: A Pink Accent

I added a few little pops to an outfit that could be pretty dull.  I love adding little accents to punch it up just a bit.  I bought this jacket from Old Navy and dressed it up with a self made flower pin:

The outfit with the cami, cardi and pants are so-so with the yellow, then I threw in a skinny neon pink belt and leopard shoes for some added oomph:

Outfit Details:  Old Navy Military Jacket (last year) / Self Made Flower Pin

J Crew Cami, Cardigan, Minnie Pant in Stretch Twill, Bracelet and Shoes

American Eagle Belt

These pants (I’m wearing navy…) are a great closet staple, however, I would advise sizing down in these.  I ordered my regular size 4 and feel like they look huge on me – I will need to make some alterations on these for sure.  The rise in the waist area seems higher than my typical fit, and I can’t help but feel like I look like my 4th grade teacher in these… hahaha, yes, alterations will be coming!  Happy Monday!

I wouldn't have even noticed that was a basic military/utility jacket until you pointed it out. that simple flower pin dresses it up so much!

Hi Gorgeous Sky. So nice to see you looking perky, cute, super in shape and skinny only a few months after giving birth. These outfits are both so cute. I have a similar military green jacket from Loft and might make mine a little more girly as well, by adding a flower pin.

Love, love the second outfit, especvially the two tops and those amazing Leopard Print Pumps.

Also, thanks for stopping by my blog and PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD since not many bloggers know I exist and please become a follower - I would totally appreciate you forever for it.
